The newly renovated house in 2022 is surrounded by spacious south-facing terraces. You can use them for well-deserved relaxation on one of the niche sunbeds by the pool or AirBoi inflatable bags, or you can actively relax while practicing yoga.
The terraces include a swimming pool with clear fresh water and a summer kitchen with barbecue and fireplace. The orientation of the villa ensures plenty of privacy and an unforgettable view of the Costa Adeje bay.
Villa Marbella is located in the center of the action, but at the same time provides privacy and peace, exactly according to your current mood. An ideal base for trips to explore the island, to the local beaches or in the evening to explore the rich local nightlife. The maximum capacity of the villa is 10 guests and each person has a full size bed.
The orange bedroom has a large double bed 180x200 cm with the possibility of placing another full-sized single bed 90x190 cm and a private bathroom - bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet.
The black bedroom has a large double bed 180x200 cm with the possibility of placing another full-sized single bed 90x190 cm and a shared bathroom with the Blue room - bathtub, toilet, bidet.
The blue bedroom has a large double bed 180x200 cm and a shared bathroom with the black room - bathtub, toilet, bidet.
Green family studio has two large double beds 180x19écm and a private bathroom - shower, toilet.
· There is enough space in each bedroom and studio to place a baby cot (one is available).
Fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge with filtered water and an icebox, there is also a electric grill/ toaster, smoothie mixer and a juicer. Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machines are available.
Dining room with extendable dining table, 8 chairs.
The living room includes a sofa bed for 1-2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people with a full size mattress. There is also a SmartTV with Netflix.
Utility room with washing machine and space for drying clothes.
Terrace on the first floor with pergola, gas grill and rattan furniture - table and 8 chairs.
The terrace on the second floor includes a heated swimming pool with sunbeds, a summer kitchen with a barbecue grill.

Modrá ložnice má velké dvoulůžko 180×200 cm a sdílenou koupelnu s Černým pokojem – vana, WC, bidet· V každé ložnici a studiu je dost prostoru na umístění dětské postýlky (jedna je k dispozici).
Zelené rodinné studio má dvě velká dvoulůžka 180×190 cm a vlastní koupelnou – sprchový kout, WC

BY PLANE
There are 2 international airports on Tenerife (TFS and TFN). Main airport Tenerife South (TFS), which you have only 13 minutes / 17 km from the villa. Many low-cost and classic airlines fly to it. There are flights from the Czech Republic directly from Prague, with EuroWings or SmartWings with prices around 5000 CZK. For even lower ticket prices, try leaving from Vienna or Berlin, for example, where you can come across ticket prices even for 1,500 CZK.

BY FERRY FROM THE SURROUNDING ISLANDS
Did you find a cheap ticket to a nearby island? You can then get to Tenerife by ferry. The ferry is operated by Naviera Armas and Fredolsen and costs between €35-€50 depending on which island you are moving from.
SHIPS FROM SPAIN
From Spain from the city Huelva you can get there for approx. 220 €. The cruise takes around 36 h and is run by a company Naviera Armas.
UBER
Popular form of transport. Just have the Uber app downloaded on your mobile.

CALLS AND INTERNET
You are almost 3,500 km from the Czech Republic, but you are still in the EU and therefore you should call the same way as in the Czech Republic, and you will be the same with the Internet.
